1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SmileFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Credits

SmileFix offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Weekly Plan: Provides 12 credits per week.
• Monthly Plan: Provides 32 credits per month.

Credits are used for generating AI edits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the editing service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload and edit any photos you submit.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the results will always meet your expectations, as AI generation can be unpredictable.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.
